About the opportunity:

You will be the operational backbone of our recruiting engine, owning the logistics and making sure every candidate experiences a seamless, high-touch process end to end.

We’re looking for a high-velocity operator who doesn’t just execute tasks, but anticipates what’s next, removes friction before it appears, and helps the recruiting team move faster, smarter, and more effectively. You’ll act as a true force multiplier for our recruiting engine, your work will directly shape our ability to attract and hire top talent at Jerry.ai.

How you will make an impact:

  • Provide "white-glove" service to candidates by sending personalized pre-interview info and managing LinkedIn outreach

  • Manage the lifecycle of take-home assignments, maintain candidate profiles in Ashby ATS, and ensure all candidate documents are accessible to those who need them

  • Manage recruiter calendars with precision, rearranging interviews on the fly to prioritize high-impact candidates and maximize our daily capacity

  • Act as the point person for leadership’s urgent recruiting needs, whether it's updating compensation bands, posting new job reqs, or coordinating the training/shadowing of new interviewers

We are currently seeking a Social Media Manager, Temporary to join our expanding entertainment division where you’ll be responsible for creating innovative and engaging social media campaigns for TV or film projects. This role will be tasked with executing social strategies, conceptualizing social creative and engaging with audiences across social media channels.

Your Impact
  • Manage innovative and engaging social media campaigns
  • Ideate social media content buckets and creative
  • Post content to all social media channels
  • Facilitate community management on all social media channels
  • Build out content calendars and create a timeline for each campaign
  • Write creative copy and adjust voice/tone as needed
  • Administer reporting and analytics


Your Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience working within the social media space, preferably within an agency environment
  • Experience working across social campaigns in entertainment or TV 
  • Experience posting on all platforms, as well as best practices for each (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, Reddit)
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and still meet deadlines
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and client communication/presentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team


Your Availability
  • 9am-6pm PST
  • Regular nights & weekends

The salary range for this role is $52,000 - $62,000 a year and is based on experience, responsibilities of the position, subject matter expertise and is location specific.

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Strategy & Culture Lead to drive the evolution and maturity of DevOps practices across our organization and client environments. You will define and lead the DevOps strategy aligned with business goals, driving cultural transformation and DevOps maturity across teams. The role involves assessing current capabilities, building clear improvement roadmaps, providing architectural and technical guidance on cloud and platform practices, and partnering with executive stakeholders to turn business needs into DevOps initiatives.


Required Skills

• Proven experience implementing DevOps culture in enterprise environments with measurable maturity improvements.

• Leadership or mentorship experience within DevOps or platform teams.

• Deep expertise in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP);

• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi, etc.);

• Solid knowledge of container orchestration and health management;

• Strong understanding of modern delivery practices (CI/CD, GitOps, automated testing, progressive delivery);

• Experience with platform architecture, microservices, and cloud-native design principles;

• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Go, or Java);

• Knowledge of observability tools, SLO/SLA frameworks, and reliability engineering principles.


Nice to Have

• Experience designing and operating Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs).

• Familiarity with DevOps maturity frameworks (DORA, CALMS, DevOps Maturity Models).

• Relevant certifications (AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, CKA, or similar).

• Experience with FinOps and cloud cost optimization.

• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices (SAST, DAST, policy-as-code).

• Familiarity with service mesh, API gateways, and platform engineering concepts.

• Experience working with Agile or SAFe frameworks.

• Consulting or client-facing advisory background.

• Community involvement (talks, publications, open-source contributions).

• Fluent English with strong communication and executive-level presentation skills.
