Purpose of Position
The Director, Project Management will establish and lead EdReports' Project Management function at a pivotal moment in the organization's product transformation. Reporting to the Chief of Staffâwho functions as the Chief of Program Management across the organizationâthis role will operate as a senior delivery and operating-model leader, partnering closely with the Managing Director of Product Management and other senior leaders.
As the first hire for this team, the Director will help stand up the Review Design Innovation teamâone of EdReports' first formal product teamsâand will play a central role in translating organizational strategy into coordinated, reliable delivery. This leader will both do the workâleading complex, cross-functional initiativesâand teach the work by building shared understanding, systems, and practices that enable empowered teams to inform executive decision-making.

About the Role:
Octave is a technology-enabled mental healthcare provider with a focus on delivering the highest-quality care possible. This means the tools and systems our providers use become especially critical. As a Senior Product Designer focused on Provider Experience, you will lead design work for the tools clinicians and clinical operations teams use to deliver that care. Weâre looking for a Customer Success Manager to lead Salvo Healthâs relationships with Gastroenterology practices and oversee the operational workflows that drive patient, provider, and financial outcomes. This role blends relationship management, operational leadership, workflow design, and cross-functional collaboration.
As a manager, you will own a portfolio of partner practices, shape how Salvo integrates into clinic workflows, and contribute to the foundation of Salvoâs Customer Success team as we grow.
