Description
We are looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key part of the Revenue Operations team.
This is a high-impact, entry-level opportunity for someone who loves solving puzzles with data, is comfortable with complex calculations, and wants to build a career in the fast-paced world of SaaS Revenue Operations. You will help maintain trust with other departments by keeping reports updated, systems clean, and the sales team
- Own a robust sales pipeline for your assigned territory, ensuring consistent activity and accurate forecasting that meets or exceeds quarterly and annual revenue quotas.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies, mobilizing internal resources (Solutions Engineers, Marketing, Executives) to deliver Pure's total value proposition to key IT and business leaders within your Enterprise customers.
- Deepen relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers to establish Pure as a long-term strategic partner, directly contributing to the industry's highest customer satisfaction ratings.

About the role
Automated video editing is an emerging category, and we're positioned to define it. Media companies want to turn thousands of podcast episodes into social clips. Marketing teams want to automatically create product demos for every release. Agencies want to process client content in bulk with consistent branding. And they want to do all of that at scale.
As the Product Manager for this 0 to 1 area, you'll build and own the platform that makes this all possible. You'll create APIs that let developers programmatically import media, run AI-powered edits, and export content. In essence, turning Descript's already powerful editing capabilities into infrastructure that media businesses can depend on.

About the role
We're looking for an Analytics Engineer to help us make sense of cross-chain data at scale. You'll build the data models and pipelines that power decisions across our organization, from daily metrics to strategic insights.
What you'll do
Build the data foundation
Transform raw blockchain and production data into clean, reliable datasets
Own core analytics models across our medallion architecture
Partner with data engineering on ingestion pipelines
Work with blockchain data
Model transaction data across dozens of chains (swaps, bridges, fees, capital flows)
Integrate pricing feeds and partner data for competitive analysis
Enable analysis
Gather requirements from product, business, and operations teams
Design and standardize key metrics
Build dashboards and enable self-service analytics
About you

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to act as a true extension of the founder. This role is designed to free up executive time, support leadership responsibilities, and ensure smooth coordination across internal teams, meetings, and logistics.
The Executive Assistant will primarily support email and calendar management, meeting preparation and follow-up, travel and event coordination, internal communication, and light systems support. This is not a client-facing advisory role, but rather a strategic support position working closely with leadership and key team members.

Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
